Billex supports commercial coordination between our partners and their U.A.E.‑based customers and suppliers. This includes administrative assistance relating to vendor documentation, customer invoice coordination, and commercial workflow management. The company does not perform financial services and our partners only conduct business using licensed banks and regulated financial institutions. Through our value‑driven approach, we help administer international business, locally in the U.A.E.
Local Presence, Local Support
With a licensed Commercial Broker, Billex can serve as your local representative and ensure you can conduct business with customers and vendors within the U.A.E. in full compliance with UAE commercial regulations. This function is limited to administrative representation and does not include regulated financial activity.
What We Do Not Provide
We are not a financial services provider, payment service provider (PSP), money transfer service, or regulated financial institution, and we do not conduct business on behalf of our customers or our partners. Partner goods and services remain their sole property, and each partner’s business is governed by their own Terms & Conditions. We provide administrative support and technical solutions to help manage transactions in the U.A.E., without the complexity or cost of establishing a local branch.
Compliance Statement
Billex Commercial Broker L.L.C. adheres to all applicable U.A.E. commercial, corporate, and anti‑financial‑crime regulations. Billex works only with vetted corporate partners who maintain their own KYC, compliance, and risk‑management programs, maintain proper internal record‑keeping and auditability, and ensures that their activities remain strictly within the boundaries of non‑financial commercial brokerage and maintain policies that prevent misuse or unauthorized regulated activities.
